Easy Steam

The special Easy Steam function allows the water to evaporate inside the oven cavity, improving and speeding up the cooking process. The nutritional properties of foods thus remain intact, preserving the flavors, appearance and texture of the dishes. In this way, Easy Steam function helps the food stay cooked better than the same cooking without adding moisture.

Leavening 40°C

Thanks to this special function the dough maintains its characteristics, allowing optimal leavening.

Special function Pizza 300°C

The exclusive special function Pizza with its 300°C allows you to cook your pizza perfectly as in a real professional oven. The upper heating element and the fan turn on. The heat coming from the bottom is diffused by forced convection.

True fan cooking

With the heating element located around the fan, you can cook many kinds of food on different levels without mixing flavors and smells. This function is great for foods that need to be well cooked but at the same time needing to stay tender and moist.

Rotisserie

This special accessory is suitable for all kinds of meat. Through slow rotation in the oven, it guarantees very even and juicy cooking.The rotisserie can be used with many cooking and grill functions; the meat will be cooked perfectly on the inside, whilst providing an all over-browning on the outside.

Idroclean

Without using any type of detergent, this function helps remove the dirt inside the oven thanks to the moisture generated by the water warming at 80-90°C.
